The joint use of the LEGAL and ACCOUNTING MODULES facilitate such functions as:

• organising, attending and recording minutes of general meetings of shareholders, as well as any meetings of the Board of Directors or of Supervisory Bodies;
• reviewing and executing documents to be signed by or on behalf of client entity;
• checking and filing of other correspondence in compliance with local laws;
• opening and administering bank accounts;
• checking and filing of bank correspondence, statements and supporting documents;
• keeping the accounts of the company or of the group and preparing the annual accounts and any required interim statements in accordance with local law;
• arranging for an audit report, if required, and giving any assistance needed by the auditors;
• complying with local Chamber of Commerce registration requirements, including the preparation and filing of the annual accounts, where required.
